At Thickums Cookie, we believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice flavor for nutrition. As a personal trainer with over 30 years of experience, I often found myself reaching for a quick snack during gym sessions. One day, I tried a protein cookie from a well-known brand—it reminded me of the Chips Ahoy cookies I grew up loving.
But then the recipe changed, and what was once my go-to treat turned into a disappointment. After giving it one last chance and still being let down, I decided enough was enough.
That’s when I set out to create a protein-packed, nutrient-dense cookie that actually tasted amazing. Unlike traditional cookies, Thickums Cookie uses whey protein instead of flour as a main ingredient, delivering the nutrition your body needs without compromising on flavor. "I had the delight of trying a variety of Thickums Cookies. They're soft with just the right amount of chewiness and added protein! The Churro Puff really did taste like churros but not overly sweet and you wont get the sugar everywhere. My favorite cookie was the Cinna Puff as it gives a a festive spice flavor.
